Cancellation Policy

   I strive to provide a personalized, positive, and relaxful experience to all my clients. Last minute cancellations and no-shows have an impact on my ability to serve my clients. Preparation for your treatment begins well before you enter my studio. In order for me to reserve a place in my schedule for you, I require that you agree to my cancellation policy, as follows:

  • I ask that all clients cancel or reschedule your appointment at least 24 hours in advance so that I may have the opportunity to schedule another client. 

  • If you have to cancel the day of your appointment because of an emergency that is ok, as long as you don't no show. 

  • No Shows- The first no show is a warning, 2nd no show I will require a 50% deposit to book again. 3rd or more no shows you will no longer be able to book appointments. 

  • Late Arrivals- I understand that traffic can get busy, the parking lot can get hectic, and life can happen. However, please know that if you arrive 15 minutes or more late WITHOUT contacting me, your appointment will be cancelled and asked to be rescheduled
